Pork chops, baked potatoes & stuffing.

This quick, but your family will think you spent a lot of time on it.

First get your potatoes prepped and into the oven. They will take the longest. Then put your pork chops into a deep pan. I like to cook mine on the stove top rather than the oven or grill. They stay moist this way. With the chops in the bottom of your pan, add about 1/2 c of water. Into that I add 1/2 cube butter, Worcestershire Sauce & Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce. I put the lid on and let it simmer until my potatoes are done. Turn the chops several times so that the chops brown nicely. The stuffing is Stove Top. I like it because it is easy and I like the way it tastes. Gather up the toppings you want on your potatoes and you are ready to eat. ENJOY!

Tatar Tot Casserole

This is one my kids like, quick prep, and while it bakes in the oven, you can get other things done.

Pre-heat oven to 400*.

1 lb ground beef, browned and drained

1 pkg Tatar Tots

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can creamed corn

grated cheese

In a casserole dish add the ingredients in layers.

1/2 Tatar tots, 1/2 beef, 1/2 soup, 1/2 corn; repeat. Then add cheese on top to your taste. Bake it at 400* for 45 minutes. I don't cover it. ENJOY!

Here it goes...

I've started a recipe blog. I am by no means a great cook. I cook realistic food for a family on the go. Nothing complicated about it. I will try to get a photo with each recipe I post. Hope it comes in handy for you. Please feel free to leave your comments on the recipes you like and dis-like. Thanks!
